Paint Correction

What is paint correction?

Paint correction, which you may know as polishing or “buffing,” is the process of removing imperfections such as swirls, light scratches, scuffs, water spots, and etchings in the top layer/clear coat of your vehicle’s paint. We offer three levels of correction for you to choose from based on the condition of your paint and your individual goals.   • Level 1 - Single-step process providing light correction by using machine polishers and the right combination of pad type and polish to deliver the best finish for your vehicle. Works best for new or lightly used vehicles.
  • Level 2 - Two-step process which consists of a cutting/leveling step and a polishing/finishing step to remove most defects and restore gloss.
  • Level 3 - Multi-step process which consists of multiple levels of cutting and/or polishing, including wet sanding if necessary to provide a finish as close to perfect as possible.

*To protect your paint from further damage after correction, we recommend adding one of our ceramic coating options.*

What is a ceramic coating?

A ceramic coating is a thin but hard and durable protective layer that can be applied to the entire exterior of your vehicle, including the paint, wheels, lights, glass, and trim. While waxes and sealants generally last for weeks or months, coatings can last for multiple years if maintained properly. Not only do coatings protect your vehicle from harmful UV rays, bug splatter, bird droppings, etc., but they also significantly enhance gloss, are extremely hydrophobic, and repel dirt to make washes quick and easy.
